Introducing the 4.5 day work week

We at PKF Dunedin are committed to fostering a culture of high performance and productivity, while also ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our staff. With this objective in mind, we are excited to announce that we will be embracing a trial run of the 4.5-day work week.

Starting July 7, 2023, we will be closing our doors at 12:30pm every Friday, allowing our team to enjoy an extended weekend and recharge their batteries. While our clients are our top priority, we also recognize that our team members need to take care of themselves to provide the best possible service to our clients.

In taking this step, we hope to create a work environment where our team can thrive and continue to deliver outstanding service to our valued clients. We believe that this trial run of the 4.5-day work week will enable our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which will translate into increased productivity, well-being, and job satisfaction.

We understand that the success of any such initiative depends on cooperation from all parties, and we appreciate the support of our clients and stakeholders in this endeavor. We will continue to monitor and evaluate the results of our trial and keep our clients and team members informed throughout the process.
